Checking In Your Preschool Child

As you enter into our preschool area, you will find a person at the preschool security/welcome area that will assist you and assure you that your check-in is both simple and secure.  (You may enter the preschool area from its exterior door before 10AM and through the main sanctuary entrance after 10AM as the exterior door to that location will be locked.)  Each child will be given a computer generated name badge for themselves as well as a name badge for any items which they bring which may not be clearly marked (diaper bags, cups, strollers….)  Information such as allergies or other needed information may also be added to the name badge so that we can further minister to your preschooler.
You as the guardian will also be given a security pass.  Upon your pass, there will be numbers which correspond to the numbers upon the child’s name pass.  No names will be on the guardian pass, only the numbers which correspond with your child. When you return, you will simply show your pass to the security and proceed to pick up your child.  When you ask for your child by name and offer the corresponding security card, you will be able to pick up your child and hear about the exciting and fun things learned while attending church as well.  (NOTE: Please keep this security pass on hand, if it is lost, due diligence and security will increase the wait time of picking up your child significantly.  We do this for your peace of mind and security for both the child and the guardian.)
As we minister to your child with age appropriate activities and/or curriculum, you can enjoy your time of Bible Study, worship or fellowship knowing that your child is not only safe and secure with a professional staff and quality security, but learning about a loving God and having fun as well.  You will also be given either a pager or number (depending on the activity and where you will be located) so that you can be contacted immediately if there is any type of need, allowing you to relax and know that if needed, you can be contacted immediately. 
We take the responsibility of ministering to your child as the greatest of trusts and we will do everything we can to make sure that they have fun, learn of God’s love and are ministered to in a quality and safe way to further their education in God’s love and goodness.  If you should have any further questions, don’t hesitate to call the church office at 813-677-6377 or ask questions of the preschool welcome area.
