 Currently Working on Doctorate in Expository Preaching at Southern Baptist 
 Theological Seminary and completing doctoral dissertation on men and 
 leadership in the local church.

CHURCH
Pastor Chris came to First Baptist Church of Riverview in December of 2001 from the great state of Texas where he was born and raised.  The church has more than doubled in size in both Sunday school and worship attendance since that time.  First Baptist Church has also had a distinction of consistent growth with a growth pattern in both giving and attendance over a 5 year period.
