Who’s Your One? is designed to challenge us as a church to become more intentional in sharing our faith through personal evangelism with those in our network and world who don't know Christ. It is an emphasis sponsored by the North American Mission Board (NAMB) that invites Christians to focus on one person in their life who doesn’t yet know Jesus—praying for them regularly and looking for opportunities to share the gospel. It reminds us that evangelism isn’t about doing everything, but about faithfully reaching the "one" God places on our hearts. Please join us by intentionally praying for and sharing with your One.

Your One can be anyone God has placed in your life—such as a family member, friend, neighbor, coworker, or someone you regularly interact with in your community (like a store employee, barista, or teammate). Choose someone who is far from God or does not have a personal relationship with Jesus. The goal is to be intentional and personal, focusing your prayers and efforts on one specific person.

It’s a great resource to help you feel prepared as you share the hope of Jesus with others. You can also pick up Evantell resources from the church office or in the church atrium on a Sunday morning.

We want to hear how God is answering your prayers and giving you opportunities to share the good news with your One. We certainly want to know when your One comes to faith in Christ, follows the Lord in believer's baptism, and chooses to connect with First Riverview or another local church. The Lord is always working to draw people to faith in Christ. Sharing what God is doing through you glorifies God, encourages our church, and enables us to rejoice with your in God's faithfulness.
